For these shadowcast renditions, members of BAMMERSION ENSEMBLE will appear as characters from the film, interacting with the audience, moving through the space, and accenting some of the most exhilarating moments, adding a little extra campiness to the experience. It will feel like watching the movie for the first time!

Academy Award-winner Halle Berry and Natalie Desselle-Reid star as Nisi and Mickey, two ambitious waitresses from Georgia who head to Hollywood for a music video audition. They get caught up in a scheme by the nephew of Mr. Blakemore, a dying millionaire played by Martin Landau, but ultimately befriend him and discover the true meaning of being "Black American Princesses."
